Parents & Friends: Celebrating Mothers

Mother's Day Stall

Last week, our Parents & Friends helped us celebrate the special women in our lives with two lovely Mother’s Day events.

At the Mother’s Day Stall on the morning of Wednesday 6 May, students had the opportunity to purchase a beautifully wrapped gift for their mum and grandmas, and there was certainly plenty to choose from!

Coffee & Cake

Then on Friday 8 May, we welcomed our Junior School mums, grandmas and other special women to start their day with Coffee & Cake. This was a chance for the ladies to enjoy a warm drink, a delicious treat, and some time together in our community.

A special thank you to Belinda Vella, and the other families on our Parents & Friends for making these moments so memorable.

We pray for all mothers; for stepmothers, grandmothers, foster mothers, expectant soon-to-be mothers, mothers in heaven, mothers who have lost children, and all women who care for us like mothers. May we give thanks for their caring hands, loving hearts and all the joy that they have brought into our lives.
