The Sports Day Raffle book went home last Friday. Please sell these tickets to friends and family. All proceeds support sporting equipment at St. Dominic’s. Thanks to those who have already brought theirs in.

Understanding the serious implications of using Social Media has been a theme for topics covered in Year 9 Pastoral Care this term. Last week we invited a Crime Prevention Sargeant from SA Police to speak to the girls about cyber safety. It was very interesting to have a police officer’s perspective.

The Year 12 Society and Culture cohort was visited by Aileen Jeffries, who spoke about her new charity Our Street Family Matter; delving into the various realities and stereotypes surrounding homelessness in South Australia.

There are still several stalls requiring parent volunteers on Sports Day. Please sign up for jobs on the day if you have not already done so.

Your fresh baked goods will be greatly received by the Cake Stall on the morning of Sunday 26th March. The ingredient slip included in today’s Bulletin will need to be afixed to each item. Please note that the Cake Stall will be unable to sell cakes with fresh cream.
